IKEA just opened last week and so we went to look at all the great deals. I really love it there! There was cheap stuff that I loved! Now I need to go back and actually BUY things! Liv is sitting in a cool Ikea chair!

Today we went to the farm and had lots of fun! We went on a wagon ride and saw all sorts of new baby animals. My favorite was watching the baby geese run- it is SOO cute!

ikea is a fun place to hang-out. i could spend a lot of time there eventhough i don't love there stuff that much.
yeah, a lot of it is very "modern", but theres still some good stuff!

I hope you were careful about handwashing and all that stuff after the farm...do you remember the bad e-coli outbreak they had here after the county fair and it was because of the animals... I can't remember if people died or not but I remember it was pretty bad. Now I'm paranoid about it. (One more thing to add to my list... ;)
Did you get the baby geese on video? That would be fun to see. When Emily was little we went to the park and when we got out of the car about fifty little tiny fuzzy ducklings converged on us. Emmy leaped back into the car, scared half to death. They were so CUTE!
We're getting an IKEA in Portland, right by the airport. I guess it's going to have a restaurant that will seat about 250 people too. Do all IKEA's have that?
Well, you've hit the big top now! IKEA is VERY contemporary. What can you expect from the Scandinavians! They are very "in style" (at least in my opinion). I heard that in an effort to save the environment, they may start charging for their plastic bags. Hmmm....They do occaisionally have some cute stuff though. Strangely, I would like to get Sam one of those chairs but didn't know where to get it. Now I do. I think he would love it. It doesn't match anything in my house but...
don't worry Ma, we didn't touch any of the animals or anything really. We sat down, so our bums touched but that's it! Our Ikea has a food court but it's just cheapo stuff- not fancy!
