7.Having great health
And theres MANY more blessings we've recieved this past year- but I can't list them all!

Merry Christmas Baby!

Livie in her Christmas outfit Grammy bought. Isn't so adorable!?
(the antlers were extra- not a part of the outfit!)
Grams had a high chair ready for Livie so she could watch us eat at dinner ;)

Our matching pants on Christmas morning

Well, we've had a great Christmas vacation so far. Our family opens most gifts Christmas Eve night.. which I personally love. Then Santa comes in the morning. So, last night we sang Christmas songs and opened gifts and ate a nice dinner. Then this morning we wore matching PJ bottoms that I made and had fun playing PIT and opeing some more little Santa gifts while we enjoyed a nice Christmas breakfast. That was one long sentence!

New Hat

I made Olivia a hat. I don't know how to crochet hats.. but I wanted to so this is what I came up with.. It's only my 2nd thing I've ever crocheted. I love doing it, I just need to learn the proper way to do it, so that my projects are better looking!

Busy Busy!

Olivia and I have been very busy! We've finished wrapping and shopping and shipping gifts and cards. Then we've been doing lots of hair- everyone wants to look nice for Christmas! The past couple days I've been trying to clean and organize the house and get all the laundry done for our trip to Oregon. I don't know why the house has to be all perfect before we leave- I think my mom always did that so now I have to! It's a lot of work! Anywho... Merry Christmas to all!
We love you!

Stats

So, Lives got her 4 month shots today. Poor poor girl. I just hate it. Anyway she is...
Height: 25" tall (75th percentile)
Weight: 13 lbs 9 oz. (5oth percentile)
Head: she never does say, but it's the 40th percentile (interesting fact- she was like the 10th percentile in head circumfrance when she was born. Little head!)

Well, Olivia has been such a PILL lately! She won't sleep! No naps, and shes waking up very 2 to three hours in the night again. I HATE it! Plus, the other day I was playing with her I put her over my head and ofcouse she spit-up all over me! My hair and face was drenched in puke smelling white sticky stuff. It was SICK! Brett thought it was pretty funny though. So, I've been pooped on, peed on, and now spit up on. So fun...

Photo Shoot

Olivia had a "photo shoot" with Momma last night. It was fun. We got out the lamp and camera and took like 50 pictures, or more! We got some pretty good pictures. I thought they were better then the Kiddie Kandids place (probably because I took TONS more) Plus she's older and more photogenic then she was back then. Anyways, I kinda liked doing it. Who needs professionals!?

Olivia's best friend

Come play with me Olivia!
(Hannah- the cute neighbor baby and Livie)

Today we went to my neighbors house for a lunch party of new moms. There was Olivia and two other babies Hannah and Carson. They got to hang out while the moms ate lunch. It was lots of fun. Hannah is a month and a half older then Olivia and loves to reach and grab things now. It was sooo cute how she was reaching for Olivia. She is a cutie! Carson was busy sleeping most of the time, so there are no pics of him.

Livie loves to kick

Early Christmas Gift on Vimeo

Olivia got the same toy Jillian had... She loved it so much we had to get it for her. I can't wat to have other people open gifts from me, so Livie's been playing with it early... Brett is mad that I didn't wait, but I'll wrap it up again for Christmas! (She'll never know!) It was so funny- when I was watching the video on the computer Olivia could hear her squeels and she would open her eyes all wide and smile. Does she know it was her own voice!? I don't know...
By the way- I put the age tracker on the bottom of the blog- so if you ever want to know how old Olivia is- check the very bottom of the blog and it will tell you!

Waiting for Christmas

Olivia is learning how to hold her own bottle. She's been doing much more bottle feeding then breast feeding. She just hates breast feeding... So, I'm kinda giving into the bottle- 4 months is a good amount of time, right!?
Olivia praying that she gets some good toys for Christmas this year ;)

Party in SLC

Brett had his Work Christmas party in the Joseph Smith Memorial building last night. It was very nice. We had a dinner and white elephant gift exchange. Then we went and looked at a few lights around the temple. It's so beautiful in Salt Lake at Christmas time! The party room

The big tree in the Josph Smith building- it's SO georgeous!

Brett and Olivia looking at the temple

family picture!

It's Olivia sitting next to her favorite angel (Angel Moroni that is)

We got carmel apples as treats from the party and they were AMAZING! Oh my goodness, it was the best tasting carmel apple I've ever tasted! And the prettiest too!

Oh Christmas Tree

Cutie watching us decorate

My perfect Christmas gift. ;)

Putting the star on the tree

TaDa! Look at how pretty it is!

We finally got a tree last Friday... It's a baby tree. It was SPENDY!!! $25 for our little 5 foot tree. I think that's crazy, but maybe it's just me! Any how, we had fun decorating it and it looks much more festive in our house.

Work-Out Fun!

McKenna and Olivia- Kenna and Livie are such cuties!

Eva playing the piano- she LOVES that piano!

Well, for the past month or so my neighbor and I have worked out a cool work-out schedule. She has a treadmill in her basement, so I go over every Mon, Wed, and Fri to work out! I watch her two little girls McKenna and Eva while she treadmills and she watches Olivia while I work out! It's so nice to be able to work out!! We love it! Although Eva is having some seperation anxiety and doesn't usually want to stay upstairs with me... I feel bad. Today she did great though! Hopefully she will get used to me and will not make a fuss every time! Soon, I'm sure she'll come around!

100th Post!

Olivia doesn't mind tummy time on the boppy anymore, but she still hates it just laying on her tummy with nothing to hold her up. I tried making her crawl, and she just laughed. She's such a cutie! This is the 100th post I've put on my blog since I've started! LOTS of blogs!

Quilting

some of the quilt.. so far

So, somehow I have been put in charge of making a Christmas quilt for the bishop. Have I ever made a quilt!? NO! Well, I did make a rag quilt once... but that is not the same. Anyways.. I am supposed to call the people on a list that signed up to help and give them sections to sew. So, I have called but OFCOURSE no one has answered and the one person I did get a hold of can't help. My oh my... how am I supposed to sew a whole king size quilt by myself in one week!? These people better call me back!! I just won't do it myself, unless I get full credit that I did it myself! I will presonally wrap it and give it to Bishop saying "To:Bishop Love: Sarah, quilt signed by ward members that didn't help sew" Just Kidding... It is kinda frustrating though. Luckily we are meeting together to tie the quilt, and I will make sure I am not the one finishing it. So far, I've sewn about a quarter of it...

fun times

Olivia always tries to push off my lap so she can watch T.V.

Relief!

Olivia is just fine. Her rash is just viral, and will just have to pass. She needs hdracortozone cream on her rash and benadryl 2x a day-Sleeping Olivia will be nice ;) She seems to be getting better, she's not as congested so hopefully it keeps improving!
