We've had lots of fun Halloween parties to go to lately. We had our ward Carnival and Trunk or Treat, and we went to a party at Scott and Britta's. It's been fun. Brett and I even won 3rd prize for our Jack & Jill costumes! (although, I really don't think we deserved to even be in the running!) Anyways, for more pics you can visit Scott and Britta's Blog.

Flu Shot

So, Livie and I got the flu shot Monday afternoon. Livie has had a high fever and doesn't feel well. Supposedly the shot can't GIVE you the flu since it's a dead vaccine, BUT they do say if it's your first time ever it can make you achey and give a you low fever. So, hopefully that's why Liv is not feeling well because it would be better by tomorrow. I thought it was over this morning because Olivia woke up happy and no fever. But around 6 this evening it came back... Interesting. Has this happened to anyone else? It made me a little achey but nothing too bad. They only gave Olivia half the vaccine and she's supposed to get the other half next month but I'm really debating if we want to do it AGAIN! If it's making her so ill, I just don't know if it's worth it. Should we go through with it? Do you think it's bad timing and she just got sick by coincidence?

CornBelly's

Last night we went to Cornbelly's with Scott, Britta, and Grandma Peterson- Grandpa was on a business trip. We had LOTS of fun! It was meant to be a pumpkin patch run, but there was too many other fun things to do that we just played instead! (we'll get pumpkins at the store I guess)

They had a whole "kiddie-corn" section for Olivia. She got to play in a pit of corn, a house HER size, and watch a chicken show. Sorry our camera battery died, so theres no pictures of that!

It was very difficult trying to hold up Livie in the head-hole and keep my head in mine!

The cow Ride through the pumpkin patch

We went through a LARGE corn-maze and found our way out in only 20 minutes! The theme this year was "Pirates of the Cornibean". The maze was in the shape of a large ship!

Grandma and Livie on the jack-o-lantern hay-ride. They had AMAZING pumpkins carved into all sorts of cool pictures. They were truely impressive.

Who said I love you first? mmm, probably a mutual thing, but I would guess me! I am not the type to worry about the words 'I love you' so long as I already knew through actions..

Who kissed who first? I believe I kissed Brett. (but it wasn't like he didn't want to)He was awfully SLOW! (although, I was awfully quick...)

Who asked who out? Brett asked me out I guess. We hung out with a group of friends before we really dated, so I don't know..

Who proposed? Brett did, after a VERY LONG TIME (or so it seemed at the time)

Who is more sensitive? mm, I'd say I am

Who has more friends? I don't know... Brett makes friends in the ward and neighborhood faster, but I think I have a lot more "best" friends (the type you can say just about anything to..) I don't do so well with the half friend acquaintance thing. So while I only have like 2 friends here in Utah, Brett probably has 10!

Who has more siblings? Brett. Wowee, 7 kids!

Who wears the pants in the family? oh brother. What is that supposed to mean anyway!?

Holy Moley!

So, I was doing some laundry and Livie was playing on the floor right below the shelf above... When all of a sudden, KABOOM... the (brand new, FULL) laundry detergent fell off the shelf RIGHT next to Olivia. I just about had a heart attack. If it hit her she would probably be in the emergency room right now. That's 300 fl. oz. plus the fact that it's about 8 ft. high. I think I'll push it far back until I'm using it from now on.

Sleepy Rider

On our bike ride this morning Liv fell asleep. She hates it when I wake her up in the mornings for bike rides. So today she slept ON the bike ride. I thought it was funny that she could sleep through all the bumps and everything!
