Tonight we went out to a Chinese restaraunt. Claire was being her usual difficult self. There was the high pitched screaming, whining, crying, trying to stand on the table, etc, etc. We were trying our best to hurry eat and get out. So finally our waitress brought the check and some fortune cookies. We handed them out- and here was what Claire's said:
You constantly struggle for self improvement- and it shows
hahahaha, we had a good laugh over that. Seriously. Poor Claire- she is just at a hard age for just about EVERY thing! I just love the part that say "and it shows".

I hope you're keeping that fortune. I love how she got that one. What are the odds? Toooooo funny. Great picture too. (And if you know your ring went down the shower, then yes, HIRE A PLUMBER! Do you have one in your ward, perhaps?)
Ma I have no idea where my ring is. It is only a guess that MAYBE it went down the drain since I woke up in the morning with no ring and the night before I took a bath. So I am just guessing that maybe that is where I lost it. I hate to pay a plumber hundreds of dollars only to tell me there is no ring... ;(
I completely believe in fortunes! This one just so happens to be hilarious! Once again so sorry for the ring!
Ha ha! That's hilarious. Great to end a difficult dinner with a good hard laugh.
Ummm....yeah, I prefer to only take my kids to McDonald's. Ben threw my lime in my soup the other night and I think some landed on Gary across the table. Hmmm......
I'm so sad about your ring. I hope you find it.
I haven't looked at blogs in a while! I've missed a bunch! Love olivias dress and flower! Soooo cute! Just keep telling yourself, it will only get easier from here on out, thats what I have to do:)
just caught up on yoru blogs- the twirly dress if gorgeous! I love it! your mom did such a beautiful job, and I love what hse said about putting on an apron- so funny. The claire fortune cookie- so funny. especially the "it shows" part- so funny. Isn't it wierd when the fortune is true? It makes you start to believe in them. I read your thoughts from aug on the world we live in today. You have such a sweet sensitive spirit, and I love it. I'm so glad the world doesn't fursterate you so much that it doesn't make you want to not have children all together- I know what I you mean though, soemtimes I think- why woudl I want to bring children into this awful place? love you
love the picture... as usual. I feel like i have the same fortune! Cute story.
LOL That's too funny! CUTE pic, as always!
