These are my two latest pojects. I re-covered the swing seat and made a pillow. I'm not the best sewer... but as long as things look decent or better than before I'm happy with it!

New Toys
My 2 Swings on Vimeo
Well, Olivia got 3 new things yesterday. She got a high-chair, a swing, and an excer-causer. They are all used. The people gave us the high-chair and swing for free and we bought the excer-causer. It was nice of them! They aren't the cutest, but that's okay. I plan to do a little work on them to get them looking new and improved! Why do baby companies choose some of the cheesiest fabrics out there!?

Doc's
First of all... Here's a guessing game for y'all. Who's feet are these? I'm pretty sure I know. This picture was taken on our camera at our reception a few years back. It was kinda funny to come across!
Anyways- Livster had her doctor appointment today. Heres the stats:
Height: 26 and 3/4 inches (80th percentile)
Weight: 16 lbs. 4 oz. (50th percentile)
Head: she never writes it down, but it was the 40th percentile

For Valentines Day we got to go out to dinner without Olivia... The neightbor said her husband couldn't be home for V-Day so she would love to babysit so atleast we could do something. It was fun to go out and not worry about Olivia. Olivia also gave me a Valentine gift. She let me sleep for 8 hours last night. How nice!

Good 'ol Korihor
So, I was reading the story of Korihor in the scriptures today. I kinda like the story for some reason- he wants signs that God exists even though he already knows deep down. So- he got his sign and it was a BAD one! The part I love about the story is the last verse... It some how speaks LOUDLY to me. It says this: "...and thus we see that the devil will not support his children at the last day, but doth speedily drag them down to hell." I just think it's funny how Satan with all his power wouldn't help Korihor even after doing his work for him... I mean he could've made him get his voice back if he wanted, but Satan is mean and doesn't care. Poor Korihor, if only he listened to his heart and what he truely believed- then he wouldn't be in such a mess! Oh- well!

Lake Peterson
So, after the snow has melted, and it rained... we have Lake Peterson in our backyard. Our house was the first one to be built so when the other houses went up it made the water flow into our yard because they were built up higher then ours. Brett called the city today to see what they'll do about it. We'll see...

She mostly just reaches for the spoon any time it comes near her- she's SOOO grabby now days! Oh, and yes she is just sitting on the dining room table, she has no high chair yet!

Still Pretty Sick
We had a sick day today. We just slept all day and hung out. Olivia had a freak out last night. I was gone doing hair while Brett was home with Liv. She screamed at the top of her lungs for 2 hours straight. Brett thought he would have to take her to the hospital he was scared. Turns out she just felt like poop and couldn't handle it any more. She just wanted to sleep but was too worked up to stop crying. Luckily I got to save the day and she fell asleep when I got home. It was very sad though. POOOR Brett and Olivia!

Toes
Olivia has discovered her feet this past week-she's always holding on to them! So, yesterday I came home from work to a very sick baby. Dad must have brought home some sickness since I'm not sick at all and Brett is. Olivia definately has it worse then Dad though- poor girl! I hate it when she can't breathe through her nose- it makes eating very difficult!
