Olivia started ballet class. She loves it! She has been so excited to start classes for like 3 years now! Her first real class I was watching her not expecting much. She has some real talent! She points her toes and stands up straight, and looks like a real ballerina! She is a natural. I see a lot of potential in this dancer!

aww! She looks beautiful in the pictures. Did you tell her that Aunt Emma did ballet when I was her age (actually younger, I think)? Unfortunately, I was not a natural... ha. Good luck Olivia and I'd love to see her dance!
I'm sure she takes after her grandma who also took ballet at the same age and was most assuredly a 'natural.' ha ha... I do remember dancing in a show called "Antigone." I think we were all dressed up Greek-like in toga type outfits. I remember my mom saying I wasn't supposed to tell my friend Mary Anne I was in the show because she hadn't been chosen.
Olivia looks beautiful. Your pictures, as always, are marvelous. I am glad Olivia is taking to it. You know I am picky when it comes to those pointed toes and extended arms and legs, etc. Well, you know if you ever listened to me critique all those skaters and gymnasts for the Olympics!
And Emily, I don't remember you being good or bad at ballet--just that you looked adorable.
